What is an inspection?

An inspection is a non-invasive visual examination of the dwelling.  A standard inspection does not require the inspector to utilize specialty tools or remove, disconnect, or disassemble any system or part of  a system.  The inspection is used to inform the client of any issues that could be of concern based on building codes and the science behind the building of structures.

What is included in an inspection?

The inspector will examine the systems of the building that are visible. The inspection is performed without disassembling or removing materials. This includes - roofing, foundation, interior and exterior surfaces, windows, plumbing, electrical, and built-in appliances.

How do I pay for the inspection?

The payment is required before the inspection.  The payment is made directly to the inspector either before the inspection, by using the website payment option, or at the time of the inspection.

What methods of payment are accepted?

The inspection can be paid by credit card, using the online option on the website, or by check or cash at the time of the inspection.

When do I get my report?

The required time for you to receive your report is within 3 days of the inspection.  However, most reports will be delivered within 24 hours.

How do I get my inspection report?

An email will be sent to you for you to obtain your inspection report.  The inspection report will be delivered to you by an icloud service.  You may view your report as a web page or as a PDF form.
